How can I get bloodwork done without having to talk to my doctor?

In my country, doctors are responsible to tell you parents if something weird is happening to your body without you having a say so I want to know if there is a way to outsource my blood to a lab or something so I don't have any unnecessary health complications from my (soon to be) cycle
