so fat grafting is the best option but also lip lift aswelli will give you the idea
So Lip lift is good for upper lip and wanting more lip show
and fat grafting to it make it look natural
and filler its not the best option but its good temporary and thats it but fller should be the last option since if you do too much it will look shit but thats the good option i would recomend if you could mark me a solution but what blood pact said aint wrong but there is better options
