Why do you want to do things like this genuinely you have alot of interests

I try new stuff everyday to see what stick. I wake up everyday to realize what I know is just drop in the entire ocean of human knowledge

For street photography 50 to 85mm lens is good. Starter cameras are quite a bit cheaper than the expensive ones, but you can look on photography subreddit to get an idea of which one to buy. Main thing you should learn is composition, colour grading/colour temperature, lighting and post processing.
