Yes I'm aware there are similar and I know to get lean you have to lose weight but what is the best way to get lean without losing too much weight

i am trying to bulk up to 165 and when that happens I'm going to have fat on me how can I lose that and get lean I just want to have a low body fat percentage not lose mad weight

although calories arent, i know leucine is actually an activator of mtor, so i may as well just use this to ask you
do you think massive amounts of excess protein (or just leucine) has a benefit because of activating mtor?

Nah because the threshold amount of leucine to trigger MPS is 2.5-3g and anything past 0.8g/lb bw is redunandt from a mror position I believe.

You can only utilize so much protein

the answer is to use mitochondrial uncouplers such as dnp or bam15(shit half life tho)
also use relacorilant since glucocorticoids act as the mediators of calorie deficit induced muscle loss

You're not adding THAT much tissue to the point where it's necessary to eat that much protein.

Your metabolic/anabolic conditions jsut aren't changing that much.

ill research it further
afaik protein regardless of caloric intake helps convert gh to igf1, which since its already an anabolic responsible for muscle growth i feel like it has benefits which would ofc increase with exogenous gh

pretty sure carbs deal more with the metabolic side of gh and insulin while protein manages gh and its conversion to igf1
i do wonder if rapamycin alone is enough to counter the aging from having mtor on overdrive for so long when using anabolics

Couldn't rapamycin blunt the anabolic response of the drugs? Also no shot its enough to fully counteract the impact of androgens.

A lot more peptides get more relevant as you get older.

Epitalon, SLU-PP, Thymic peptides, etc

and yea what i meant is whether rapamycin alone (since its the only one that manages mtor afaik) later on in life would be enough to mitigate the mtor induced cellular aging from using anabolics earlier in life?

If wanna loose body fat than take 80-100g protein and loose fat like by 400cal deficit and don't do cardio only lift weights
