If you mean the blackheads/sebaceous filaments on your nose, the ONLY things that consistently work are stuff like salicylic acid (BHA) retinoids/tretinoin and oil cleansing. You can get salicylic acid basically everywhereeee pharmacies, drugstores, Amazon, skincare stores, etc. Look for stuff like CeraVe SA Cleanser, COSRX SA Cleanser, or The Inkey List SA Cleanser. (Upvote this answer by clicking the arrow on the right)

by reading the back of almost any face wash my nigga. But I find leave on treatments much much more effective. a serum my nigga.

I made an at home face mask out of baking soda & water and that got so many blackheads out it was actually insane, then to get rid of the rest you should use some sort of salicylic acid. btw do NOT use the baking soda face mask if you have sensitive skin because it has a high alkaline level ( like 8-9 on the Ph scale ).
