try experimenting with different anti dandruff shampoos, not all shampoos work for everyone so with a bit of luck you will find one that works

but besides shampoo (even better actually) is good sleep, avoiding stress and ZINC, I can not stress enough how much zinc is important to get rid of dandruff

have u tried apple cider vinegar? my brother didn't have dandruff but it finally got rid of his hair consistently smelling bad/being oily even after shampooing, it might work for u

i have long hair and i used to have dandruff before. like crazy dandruff. use a ketoconazole shampoo, and shampoo once every 1.5 weeks. rest of the non shampoo days just wash your hair with water to get rid of dirt.

Dermatitis is like the white fragments that grow around the nose, I used the blue Head and shoulders for seborreic dermatitis and it helped me get rid of dandruff after months of trying different shampoos. zinc was very disappointing for me in every way zinc shampoo from like CVS and taken orally did nothing for my dandruff. i tried oral zinc for acne too as there's some studies on it, but that made no difference either.

It's called Head and shoulders 2 in 1 clinical strength dry scalp rescue. But it's just for your scalp, not for the nose. It has a red circle in the center and its a blue bottle, i got it at walmart
