Seriously! Looks like I’m a fat fuck and old.
I doubt losing any more weight will help me.

I have the same thing. I think it’s due to lack of bone. Either maxilla or mandible. Just like nasolobial folds.

I’m sure it has to do with the size of the cheekbones and how foward and horizontally they are
