word good physique for 15 good stuff start spamming delts and tris and chest and for face only thing I really notice is ur coloring do mt2 and mix a self tanner with ur moisturizer and spam sun

saw ur physique aswell, physique wise prioritize chest in ur training first, face wise ur chin has a bit of acne, but its not that bad.
