What's your ethnicity? You look balkan. You have more potential than me when I was 15. I'm going to copy paste what I told another kid. For the next 4 years, start chewing hard foods or gum if you have the ability to, preferably falim or mastic (mastic is healthier than falim, but falim is much cheaper, just don't overdo falim because it has high concentrations of titanium dioxide). Practice mewing even if everyone here says its cope (it really isn't, it's a good practice and those that say its cope are already subhuman), chintuck to fix neck posture, and take copious amounts of k2 and D3 daily, like 5000 mcg D3 and 1 mg of K2 daily (MK7) coupled with a bunch of other vitamins and minerals(which should be consumed via healthy foods). When you turn 16, start going to the gym and lift at least 3x a week, hitting every major muscle group. Once you're 16.5 years old, start bonesmashing your zygos and chin with your fists (if this is too much, start with a boiled egg, I know, it sounds autistic, but it's easier than your knuckles). If you do bonesmash, I advise you to do it once or twice a week as it is dangerous. Stay away from drugs, porn, and junk food, and if you do all that I said you'll be a mogger for the rest of your life. If you have any more inquiries DM me.

dont do bonensmashing, you wont go blind from it but you will lose your braincells jfl, its basically punching yourself in the face, just do boxing instead.
