yeah, 15-16 is a good age to start, would say get 4-5 uis a day for 8-12 months, stop when you like the bone mass results (if any)

Its not better to use hgh at 16-17? Cuz my hearth / organs could grow bigger if my body still produce naturally hgh.

organ growth only comes from high doses which your not going to take.... so no.
