I concur. At 15 i also wouldnt recommend hormones. At 17 i'd reconsider.

Muh increase bonemass. Just workout, eat healthy and pray that puberty develops you. Chew on hard things and jjst follow tiktok looksmaxxing( honestly easily accesible and rotproof techniques )
