I'm trying to improve my diet so I ca reach my height potential.I eat foods with k2 calcium zinc and protein and foods that help stimulate hgh.


I'm 5'6ft or 167cm.

I think I'm trying to cope with the fact that I'm not going to be. 6'0ft+ (185cm)
