I turned 14 recently and I'm aiming to be an Olympic athlete when I'm older.
I want the very best diet to optimize my hormones/puberty, height, looks, and overall growth and health so I can achieve my goal.

This is what I have.

Breakfast: 200ml of milk (Full fat, Calcium, Protein) which I chug and 500ml of cold water with usually 17 cashews (for Zinc & Protein)
Milk is always in a glass, the cold water is unfortunately in a bottle, and throughout the day I drink more water eventually amounting to 2L

Lunch: usually carbs + protein
For example salmon and rice, a chicken burger, chicken and fries, chicken and rice.

Dinner: the same kind of thing as lunch, but not the exact same meal
Lunch & Dinner is cooked in a healthy olive oil, I have no sauce, salt, or sugar.

Don't chug the water 😭 drink it normally also try to drink more water 2.5 to 3 liters plus electrolytes

Eat fruit daily

Eat red meat weekly atleast

Greek yogurt for protein + calcium

Leafy greens for magnesium

Potatoes for potassium

Also count your calories to make sure you're not under eating food matters for maxing out your potential but good luck

could drink more milk
don't chug water js drink intuitively
cashews are horrible
i would primarily use potatoes for lunch limit rice and bread
olive oil is the same as seed oils even worse when heating
salt could be good if ur excercising a lot
prioritise meat intake: if from a grass fed source fatty beef is optimal if not get leaner beef and use high quality butter(easy to get) for fat source

probably more to talk abt might make a thread tbf

Amazing thanks a lot, High iq

You have a good mindset but there needs be a lot of alternations to this diet.
First off you don’t need almost any water as it in fact dehydrates you because it throws off balances within other minerals. Instead you should consume water via bioavailability from fruits and coconut water to balance your electrolytes.
Also make sure to prioritize proteins and carbs above all else, I would implement more meat and maybe some white rice and sweet potatoes within the diet

if you dont have the genetics to be a olympian no diet or any amount of gear will help you

Yes, and i also know that I 100% have the genetics to be an olympian after lots of testing
So enough of the things I can't change, i'm trying to optimize the things that I can.

its certainly a good diet, opt for maybe even more protein if you want to be an olympic athlete (which might be a slight stretch).

overall good, do you exercise?
7.5 percent body fat, "do you exercise"

I really wish someone told me this when I was 14. My test was so low until I started eating primal. Fats is the primary key in your nutrition plan. Animal fats, animal protein, dont consume useless carbs. When you say you are an olympic athlete okay then eat some fruits before your training sessions but nothing more!! Eat primal, raw meat, raw dairy, raw liver is so superior to everything for your hormones, because it contains the MOST amounts of cholesterol you could get. Raw egg yolks also contain a decent amount of cholesterol, but the best advice is primal diet and 200g of raw liver per week at least. If your skin is getting worse supplement zinc because there is a high amount of copper in liver which is the oponnent of zinc. Also of course take magnesium bisglycinate and creatine, the basics a ton of Omega3 for lower inflammation. AND PLEASE. DONT EAT CARBS!!! What the hell is rice, what the hell is oats, what the hell is noodles, the one and only carb source I eat very rarely is sweet potatoes, but still this is peasont food to be honest. I hope your really take my advice and dont cope with sticking to your current dient. Ascend or cry

I would switch out the nuts because they're nutrients aren't bioavailable. Maybe replace them with more meat. Instead of cooking in olive oil , I would use animal fats like beef tallow, or butter. Why, because olive oil can oxidize at high temps and form free radicals + harmful compounds. Also instead of chicken I would aim for more beef , chicken is good though.
