its gonna be hard depends on ur age but u cannot do really something like if u really want do a surgery when you grow up but when i look at this picture ur eyes looks great not gonna lie you dont have to improve them great

tbf you already have a great eye area, however you should groom your brows, find a guide on how to groom them correctly. Your lashes are good and so is the density of your brows. its hard to tell from the picture if you're nct or pct, but if you're nct the only thing you can do is surgery, everything else is cope.
