I’m looking for both aesthetics and functional strength.

Monday: Upper body, ❌ abs
Tuesday: Abs, legs
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Back, neck
Friday: Arms, chest, abs
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Rest

eh, go gym once a week, hit whatever you feel like and run tren, worked pretty good for me
