when i look in the mirror my jaw looks fine, but from the side and other angles my jaw looks janky because of my hyoid, so i'm wondering what i can do to improve my hyoid

nope not cope. Just do a high speed jaw opening exercise for like 3 sets of 30. THey did a study on it and its legit asf. WOrks for me too. Chintucks also helpU can apparently raise it with some exercises but I have no clue if it’s cope or not. (Assuming it is)

primary cause of double chin/skin surrounding jaw is being overweight, so slim down and there is a 90% chance of your side profile looking better, however there could be a slim chance that you just have a genetically predisposed shit side profiledoes weight matter in how the side profile/hyoid looks? like im slightly overweight and also my side profile is disgusting so does losing weight help?
