you can use bimatoprost or just lash serum but i dont think it will do much they are allready long

Mogs my camera quality

But just use minoxidil on them directly while also using brightening serum on undereyes just in case

I do this myself

No brightening serum for my negative orbital vector and bad undereye support thats gonna give dark circkes anyways
