nevermind pic loaded you look decently lean already. honestly it aint a huge problem but you could easily fix it

I don’t know honestly never knew how to check but i am pretty skinny im 5’11, 140 and im not a skinny fat im a skinny fit

i'm not entirely sure but I feel like some sessions at a clinic that does botox or filler could help for the smile lines, maybe aqualyx or lemon bottle for jowls too
