How can I improve my nose?

I know it's a close up picture, which probs doesn't help, but i don't really wanna be posting my whole face

What’s wrong with it and what can I do to fix it? Be brutally honest. I'm mainly looking for non-surgical options but surgery may be the only way.

Its straight from the side so I'm not that bothered abt it, it's mainly when looking at it from the front that makes me insecure ABT it

How do I reduce my nose volume?

corticosteroids like hydrocortisone or betamethasone ect. but you got to be very careful with how u apply it to ur nose i recommend checking tutorials and they're instructions but u could really fuck up ur nose with multiple side effects if u apply too much . Also because ur nasal bridge is wide your lower nose will be noticeably better to match with the contouring to fraud a small nasal bridge
