How can i improve my sleep

I have some troubles with my sleep ussualy i sleep 6-7 hours and go to bed in 23:00-01:00 and wake up in 7 but on holidays and weekends i sleep 10 + hours and feel bad and wanna sleep after 10 hours of sleep, who can give me some advice.

Don't sleep for more than 9 hours

Don't sleep for less than 7 hours







Use supplements (magnesium, melatonin, etc) and fast 2 hours before bed.
