How can i improve my teeth without fucking up my face

I know my teeth are really yellow and i have cavities and crooked teeth, it is the effect of bad hygiene for around a year due to depression and laziness, still disgusting just lmk what i can do to fix it please



I plan on doing at-home teeth whitening already btw, getting them professionally done is too expensive for me, I heard braces would fuck me up but I'm not sure.
