How can I improve on acne and bumps and overall

I have had these bumps on my forehead for years i wash my face daily and they have never went away and any tips in general to improve on my looks would be appreciated im trying to stay off injections and pills

Just accutane will work make sure you get a weight accurate does tho most people will get 10-20 mg but you need a higher dose for it to be fully effective also take with fat personally I’m 143 and I take 30mg I will have to for abt 6 months and mine is prescribed from a dermatologist. Just get some high dose accutane a hydrating facial cleanser and HELLA lotion and in 6 months you’ll be 90% clear. If you have issues with scarring you could do a tissue repair pep but I wouldn’t waste my time unless is SUPER bad. TLDR high dose accutane w proper care. Mark as solution if this helped and feel free to ask questions
