How? I've been thinking about icehooding, but does icehooding work on an specific area? Because I think the external part of my eyes are hooded, but not the internal part as seen in the picture, does applying ice on that specific point work? I don't want the hooded part to go down even more. And yeah I know about the nct, but I wont fucking do surgery because overall it's not breaking my face

bro no part of your eyes is hooded
hooded means NO uppereyelid exposure and you have a tone of it
you can do the ice thing yes, it works but it takes time
you can get fillers as well

Based on the picture you sent, not a single part of yours eyes are hooded.

Left is hooded eyes, shows non-existent upper eyelid exposure and has PCT. Only shows any of the left but there possibly isn’t enough fat/eyes being deep set enough to accomplish that. Either way, long term mewing + ice hooding will over time help to fix the UEE.
