i have a narrow ass face and i want to know if i can at least get to mtn im open to most things other than surgery (3rd pic is with a better camera)

Maybe cut hair so your eyebrows are more visible, dye hair, brows, and lashes black. Debloat if you haven't. Get a tan
 
good side profile, when you get older change your haircut, get in the sun to tan and if you can debloat
