How can I incorporate more calories daily

Of healthy food that tastes good. I'd eat like this three times a day but we can't waste a lot of meat on one person in one day. So I usually eat this, and 120 calories worth of apples a day and that's it until I involuntarily binge on the weekends eating pizzas from the hunger.

Make a protein shake in the morning/evening
2 scoops of protein powder
50g of oats
1 whole banana
1tsp natural peanut butter
500ml milk
All in the blender
Yummy yummy and gains incoming

Most protein powder is shit poorly digested gets pissed out without being properly absorbed
and its full of artificial sweetener

Not trynna get too fat tbh
Take out the peanut butter and reduce the oats to 30g and It's also good for cutting/maintenancr
It's not that calorie dense and lots of protein and good carbs

depends on how hard youre trining, carbs are energy and increase pumps in the gym, if youre not training hard you will just get fat

There are many ways to accomplish it but you just have to choose one. Also eating white rice and 120 calories of apples isn't going to do much for you. These are empty carbs so they dont make you feel full. If you instead replaced it with brown rice and ate more meat, and some vegetables, you would not feel so hungry. You can also always add all kinds of spices and vegetables and try different cooking methods to make things taste better.

Well imma eat like this until I go to a all inclusive resort next week, then after that

I'll tell my mom to buy me brown rice and not waste as much money on junkfood and shit I don't need

I do alot of body weight shit
I think its overlooked and the cause for most injuries in the gym
Its more difficult to build muscle that way but it will burn more fat
