I have pretty weak bone mass and my zygos aren’t that great either.

wtf bro, ashwaganda will just lower cortisol, 600g of sugar per meal theoretically would increase his Igf1 but if he aint doing it in cycles he is just going to be insulin resistence and diabetic

the only chance to grow your bones is if you're still in puberty but even that is limited just have good tongue and body posture sleep and eatmaxx get your workouts in or get hgh and ai thats really it
