You don't. End of story. He is your competition because at the end of the day he will interact with 90% of the same foids you do.
Foids are hypergamous. They want the best of the best including the best of the best of a friend group. Remember that tiktok that went viral a few years ago where foids were upset that they weren't dating the group leader. It's basically that.
