I'm having a little trouble deciding whether I need Bimax or not. Can't provide pics unfortunately out of fear of getting doxxed. However, I think it's a problem many of you heard of before.
When I take a lateral pic of myself, exactly from the side, it looks as if both my jaws are recessed and morphs with a potential bimax outcome look amazing. On the other hand, if the pic is taken from a little bit of an angle, like a 45 degree or more, it looks as if my lower third is already protruding quite a bit and a bimax simulation just makes me look like a rat...
On a lateral x ray both jaws look extremely recessed and there's like a 5 - 8mm gap between my front teeth and upper lip.
So how to decide..?
