What about carbs ?drink 10L a day of ice cold water.
2 hours a day of skipping rope. Try run a 5k too ( 20-30m run for a healthy human )
Eat about 1000 calories of pure protein ( chicken breast or other meat )
This should have you burning a pound of fat a day.

Drink a lot of coffee or sugar free energy drinks and diuretics,
Day before holiday sit in a sauna or steamroom for 1 hour
