I have around £300 to spend I don't mind of it is peptides but I might not be able to get a hold of them please don't be mean I beg

nga get a gym membership and pick up the fork, start tracking calories ensuring a surplus to gain weight, as right now at 5’9 50kg youre scrawny you have no presence, at 14 i was genuinely the exact same 5’9 50kg, everyday consistently consumed 100g+ of protein did push ups pull ups + resistance bands etc reached 70kg joined the gym and gymmaxxed thats ur first step
 
Ive been trying for a couple of years and even some days eating over 5k calories and my metabolism doesn't let me win
ma nga this is a straight lie, if youre eating in a surplus and youre not gaining weight ur not in a surplus, track properly
 
bro just eat good food and dont stress also dont listen to those niggers saying that u should do gym, theyre blocking ur potential bro Its gonna stunt your growth no 14 year old should go to the gym now just chill

if u cant tell that ts is clearly fucking wrong when fucking popcorn is counted as 3k kcals 🤣🤣. Even if this were true (which is clearly isnt) 3 days of eating(not even consistently) in a surplus doesnt change jack shit, consistency will show progress

I'm a picky eater and I hate it I basically only like chicken nuggets pizzia and chips but I've I tried to get those straws for milk to make it taste better but doesn't help
 
go and do some kind of sport that involves sprinting - if you are in the uk do rugby and another country do something similar. furthermore invest in a caffeinated undereye serum - I have personally used it and although it takes a while it isn't cope.
