Why fast ? The faster you lose fat the more muscle you lose in the process

Fast? You can’t, you’d just give yourself medical conditions. In 6 months or even less, that you can. Stick to your diet, water fast occasionally and do some sports.

Dont eat anything in the morning or during school ( easier to do so since your distracted ) and at home fight your dirty fucking urges and eat as little as possible.
