Just search calorie calculator then decrease your maintenance calories by 200
i dont know what my maintenance is because i just eat because im fat as fuck, but the run down of what i eat is frozen pizza or frozen chicken and fries. Also i eat whatever my mom makes for dinner which is usually very healthy because everyone in my family works out.

You are right here but it's important to note how much of a deficit you should be doing. @ltndontlie whats your current height and weight?

1000-1500 calories a day should be enough. Dropping to 500 calories (while it is affective) is risky and can result in stunted development when you're in adolescence. Make sure you eat healthy and consume protein a lot in your deficit diet so you are able function well while doing cardio to lose weight. Consume fruits and vegetables with an add on of some kind of cow meat or (preferably steak) and weight loss should be a breeze. Stay active man. Wish you the best.

we have steak like once a week and alot of cow meat and vegetables so i should be able to do this. thank you for the advice.

i didnt track the calories but i just ate 2 eggs and like 10 stawberries and prob gonna eat like 2 burger pattys for dinner
