How can I lower my gonial angle?

I have gonial angle like 128-132 and I wanna lower it to about 120. Implants are the way? I heard bsso ccw can help but ive never seen good results of that osteotomy

I have the same problem. I’m considering CCW bimax then maybe ramus lengthening with jaw implants

Moreover idk why people say ccw helps to lower gonial angle. Probably they think about cases where patient was giga recessed cuck with 160-170 gonial angle

BSSO wont do anything there so the only option are implants. Wouldnt recommend side wing either because of resorption.
