All cope. Oral castor oil helped me gain 7 inches of height in one day. For hair growth, I rubbed an egg in my hair daily

Am I balding/receding?

20M, noticing some extra hairs shedding. Most (at least like 95% of them) have white bulbs at the end (which indicates telogen efflevium). Need a second opinion on whether there is androgenic alopecia involved or not.
