ik i need to get rid of the fat and shi but im alr working on it. ive recently tried bonesmashing to gain more bone mass but it might be cope. need help🙏

also my lower lip is too fucking big compared to my other lip so what can i do abt it?

eat lots of sugar
smoke
inject DHT into the scalp

u might have malocllusion ur lip seal looks weird

to accelerate ageing fast , try to damage the skin as much as possible , sleep less , get a device to shoot x rays into u , and eat 5000 calories goyslop a day

i feel u im 15,just wait until u become 18 and get a mustache to cover that grinch ass philtrum
