Palate width changes how wide your upper jaw is from side to side, but it does not change the vertical length or front-to-back size of your mouth and lips. Lips are mostly genes only way to change is hard max in my opinion everything else is cope for lips

Yeah I think so I haven’t really looked into it but I think it’s only logical to assume so
