How can I make my nose smaller with hydrocortisone

I have hydrocortisone in the picture I provided which is 2.5%, or I can buy Amazon hydrocortisone which is 1%, but idk if it’s good (https://a.co/d/01x1Pkgd) (I want serious replies please)
