not necessarily true, i didnt use them for a while and they stayed decently white.

you can cycle them so you dont mess with your teeth's sensitivity and they maintain whiteness

That’s better than I expected. The whitening strip effects go away after about 3 weeks of hopping off shorter or longer depending on what you eat/drink.
