How can I make myself look less uncanny?

I really hate how I look and feel like it’s super uncanny and I was wondering what I can do aside from surgery for now to look better? Ik I need a new haircut and glasses but not sure what is good for my face shape. I would also like to improve my skin, symmetry, jaw and maybe lessen the appereance of my eyes being so far apart. Any advice is appreciated.

Dye the eyelashes jet-black.

Get a haircut (you already know this), go to a salon/hair stylist and ask for texturing, etc. if you're tryna get more texture in your hair.

Try to grow your eyelashes via Latisse, oral/topical minox, lash serums, etc.

Those would make you canny imo, as your biggest flaws from the front are an off-putting eye area and homeless-core hair

Is there anything I can do for my eye area other than the lashes or is it just kinda stuck how it is?

just relax your eyes, you look like you're widening them subconcsiously.

even if you're not willing to grow the lashes at least dye them

you absolutely have potential. try frameless or smaller glasses and get a textured haircut. try not to widen your eyes either
