How can I max out my genetic potential at 15

Hey guys I am 15 how can I get more forward growth and bone mass please tell me methods that actually work and not cope and be 100 percent honest and how much can I improve?
 
Depending on ur body type currently if ur fat do 300 calorie defecit eat alot of protein if ur skinny lean bulk and sleep alotttttt like 10 hours also go gym or do any sport you enjoy
