HOW CAN I MAXIMISE MY GROWTH DURING PUBERTY???

recently turned 15 so getting closer to the end of puberty and i wanna know if theres anythin i can do during this time to maximise growth both facially and body wise, im talking like things that grow mostly during puberty like: height, penis growth and girth, bone mass, bone density, shoulder width and so on.

I will list some basics for you now
  • HGH and anabolics
  • 7+ hours sleep nightly
  • Adequate nutrition (high protein diet)
  • Adequate lifestyle (plenty of exercise and social exposure)

You can actually grow via the basics like good diet, exercise and supplements, all these dudes say it’s all genetics but it’s not. The part where genetics come in is the bottle cap you can’t fill it if you’ve reached the bottle cap, it’s your habits that fill the bottle and the genetics stop you after you’ve reached it. the BIGGEST MISCONCEPTION is some genetics make it harder, NO! That’s all copium.

or on the opposite pin 6iu and see a big increase
there ain't nobody on this forum that went from manlet to lanklet with hgh or any other injectable compound
