How can I maximise my growth while my growth plates are still opened I a 41 reversed year old and around 5.7 or 5.8

is getting calcium from egg shells eough?

Ideally, you should get 1000 mg a day (with vitamins K2 and D3, of course). I've heard that eggshells contain that amount, but I've only ever taken pills and consumed a lot of milk, yogurt, and cheese. I don't know anything about the side effects of eggshells consume it if u want
