How can I prevent sagging skin after a maxillary setback?

I have my simulation consultation with my revision surgeon on Saturday. I want a setback because my SNA angle is 8 degrees above the norm. According to Claude, my maxilla would need to be moved back around 12-14 mm to bring it into the normal range, and chatgpt 5-7mm.

I’m honestly scared that after the CCW rotation I’ll end up looking like a dog.

But even if I don’t end up with a sagging face, I’m still young and could use GHK-Cu or worst case, get a facelift. How would the setback affect the actual bone support?
