Just live like an insane health freak if youre concerned abt ur liver and nothings gonna happen to you - no/minimal alcohol, blood tests frequently to check up on yourself, and your diet should be healthy, all of that stuff

Accutane should be safe though, nothing to worry abt

2000 posts you should know this bhai.. Accutane isn't even hepatotoxic on its own. If you're doing things like drinking then you could take nac+ala or gluta
