How can I reduce/remove these under-eye creases and shadows?

So what i'm trying to figure out is there anything I can realistically do to reduce how visible it is?

If this is mainly caused by the physical structure of my eye area then are there any treatments a professional could do to improve it without surgery or what surgery would be best I guess and does it look like something that can be significantly improved or not worth doing anything thank you.


If anyone has dealt with something similar I'd appreciate recommendations for what actually worked.

its bonemental. you're lacking eye support. you can't do much abt itexcept under eye masks

Oh ok do you have any eye mask recommendations that can help with the appearance of the creases&shadows rather than just general skincare

and if masks won't make much difference what would be the best surgery?
