How can I remove dark spots?

Is it possible to completely erase hyperpigmentation/freckles. If it is what product would do it the best? My current skin care consists of cleansing face applying moisturizer then 0.025% tret gel at night and in the morning I apply 50+ spf sunscreen keep in mind ive only been doing for 1-2 months is there anything i should change about this routine?

Freckles are genetic so im not really sure if u can get rid of them. Use bb cream tho it would work

yeah, I hate how whenever i look for answers ppl always coping with some "its a beuty mark" bs when imo its just a sign of poor health.
