Right now I’m 165-166 for 49-50kg I have a low bf % maybe 15-20 I forgot and i look like this. I wanna be like less bloated idk I drink a lot I eat only 2 meals 12 and 6pm idk what to do anymore expect just make me throw out

1you should get to 12-10% bf,maybe you have bad fat placement
2what exactly are you eating?i know french food propaganda is shit,maybe its the food
3how much water are you drinking?
4i dont think ur super bloated,maybe just boneless
5maybe you have some inflamation/infection or something like that,could be possible

if you wanna really get rid of it - get yourself some nice diuretics

I’m eating only like things I make like vegetables cuz I like it meats cuz I love it and bread with cheese (not pastured) and fruits I love it

I’m drinking like 1,7-2,5L per day depends if I do shit or not

I think I’m boneless too I mean I can touch them but they don’t came out.

Idk if I have inflammation I means I have some redness on my cheeks maybe it’s from that

veggies and bread are bad for you.they have anti nutrients which destroy minerals,they have toxic things.veggies cause kidney stones,thyroid issues.Fiber can be also even more bad for some people ,because the gut reacts bad to it and inflames.Bread is made from a plant too,so it’s somewhat bad too.Try not eating any vegetables,any bread,any porridges,sweets and other stuff

Just eat meat,cheese,milk,fruits.If you look much better then it might explain it.I got instantly good skin by removing veggies bread and other things

If ur worried about ur vitamins - meat has all,as long as you’re eating both red and white,and lots of fat

Watch a few Goatis and faceiq videos about diet
Might help

2. Lowkeyuinely I think its the bonemass that’s the problem not that ur bloated
3. Try to eat hard food/gum
4. At worst cases, bonesmash and use bp cream (it won't actually give u more bonemass but it'll give u bruises that u can hide w/ the bp cream)

U wont do operation. Its almost 100k and you will still be manlet. Just eat enough and drink milk etc even tho it might be too late. Sleep max. U need to get atleast 170cm range

15-20% bf isn’t pretty low sadly 😔 try get down to 12% as that’s the lowest you can go without it affecting your hormones negatively

If you eat veggies sometimes it’s fine.make sure they are always cooked (never raw tomatoes)
But everyday is not good.if you really want I guess once in two weeks is fine,or once a week if u you REALLY like veggies
Fruits are ok tho

Milk is good,ur supposed to digest it
If ur not digesting it then it’s not good.
You can try and drink it everyday for a week or two,and usually after this is all goes away.if it doesn’t get any better at day 5 then maybe it’s not for you at all
Are you drinking pasteurized or raw milk?
If pasteurized try raw milk.if you find a good source (a farmer with cows who eat grass,have no diseases) your 100% fine.i drink raw milk since 6 and im 15 Rn
Raw milk is better,its also easier to digest for some people

1gym is good but only if you 1have proper form 2proper diet 3proper sleep 4dont stress

if you train 5+ hours a day it’s gonna be super and super bad
2not really.you can like do a ct of your skull but nothing more
3he meant hard mastic gum or something.It grows your masseter,which can improve your looks slightly.Not life changing but once ur debloated and lean it looks cool
4bonesmashing works but not like you expect.it gives swelling and maybe,if you’re very lucky it maybe gives 1mm of growth in a year.that’s if ur lucky

It’s a good thing if u need to look a bit more “brutal” one day before an important thing,or something
Also looks cool and motivating
So yes do it.but don’t hit yourself tooooooooo strong

Idk ?some say a deficit of 300-400 calories (eating 300-400 less than supposed to,not 300-400 in total) is max in puberty,which is partially true because you need calories to grow.But maybe it’s better to lose weight fast ?
You can then eat 200+ more than ur supposed to.ur not gonna gain fat like this but ur gonna grow slightly better.

Honestly maybe it’s best you don’t diet,or maybe diet anyway.

If ur having a growth spurt this instant moment best not to diet.
You can know if you do if your knees hurt,if you eat a lot,and many other things(search a thread about this)

If ur not in a growth spurt maybe diet is fine

1. What in the fucking kind of law is that:feelsrope: well in the meantime try home workouts (push-ups, pull-ups, etc.) Or maybe make dumbells and shi out of cement and iron rods

Also, use the time to read more on how to use train properly, eat properly and sleep properly
2. Im not sure tbh, but if u feel soft, doughy, or "squishy" skin then its probably bloat (u can try CT scan tho and ask a doc)
3. Oh I didn't mean trident type of gum, I meant like mastic, gomme de pin type of gum
4. Well as I said, hide them with tanning cream or whatever its called
And I highkeyuinley fear ur hitting ur face too hard, ur supposed to do light taps (u must do ur Research here)
