I'm 14 and shit at sports , how can I sportsmaxx also I am 25 percent body fat and I wanna get good at sports to get popular what should I do to get better at sports?

Which sports are you talking about but mainly you should have

Proper diet
Train strengths/or weaknesses
Cardio/Endurance training
Record your games & analyze them to learn
Ask your coach after each game/training session where you need to improve
Communicate with teammates on the field

Depends on how old you are and what sport you have a lot of mass on you so a sport like football or track throwing disc could be your best bet you need a lot of work I don’t think you will achieve it but good look

I don't even know probably the main ones like volleyball football cricket etc also should I cut or bulk and won't it affect my height

My advice applies to football n cricket and similar sports but for volleyball I suppose you'd want to train your hand/eye coordination and vertical jump

For the bulking and cutting stuff I'm not that informed on it,but I will say is don't bulk just a waste of time making yourself fat for nothing
