I'm 14 and shit at sports , how can I sportsmaxx also I am 25 percent body fat and I wanna get good at sports to get popular what should I do to get better at sports?

Train strengths/or weaknesses
Cardio/Endurance training
Record your games & analyze them to learn
Ask your coach after each game/training session where you need to improve
Communicate with teammates on the field

For the bulking and cutting stuff I'm not that informed on it,but I will say is don't bulk just a waste of time making yourself fat for nothing
