I don't know but I knew a lot of dudes in SE Asia from USA Canada and the UK who we're living large after going down there on a working holiday visa. They'd do 3 months fruit picking just so they could stay the whole year of the visa and then do 3 months concrete in Darwin and come back loaded enough to fund a couple more years of travel. If foreigners with no experience can just go there and do it surely you, being a citizen, would have no problems getting in.

Just search concrete jobs in Darwin on Google to get started. Or better yet, join Facebook groups centered around that kind of work. I know in the US the best way to get oil rig work with no experience is to join multiple Facebook groups and look for postings about laborers needed. That's how those types of bosses get people. They're always having openings.
